There are two main printed processes in digital printing: direct injection printing and heat transfer printing.
Direct spraying process fabric printing has a wide range of applications, such as hemp, silk, hair, cotton, polyester, brocade, and Modal, but it requires processing process and other processes. The investment is relatively large. The fastest of direct injection textile printing machines is the Beijing porcelain noble head (about 40,000 people), followed by 1024 (more than 20,000) nozzle, which is a high -speed noble head. Common speed regulating nozzles are: Ricoh G5, Seiko, Konica 1024i, etc.
High accuracy of thermal transfer process, small investment, no need to do it before and after. However, there are not many applicable fabrics. Mainly used for chemical fiber fabrics. Generally uses Epson noble, which is very slow, suitable for printing samples. Selection of the printing head: The nozzle of the textile printing machine plays a decisive role in printing accuracy, inkjet volume, printed speed, production cost, etc. : Starlight, Beijing porcelain. The nozzle needs to be replaced for several years, so the durability and replacement cost of the nozzle must be considered.
