What fabric do you use for your digitally printed aprons?
We have a fully bespoke printing and manufacturing service which means we can make your apron for you in any fabric you want and if you're not sure we can send you a sample book so you can choose the right fabric look and feel Exactly what you expect.
The most popular fabric we've been asked to digitally print and make our aprons from is 100% Half Panama Cotton. This is a traditional box weave fabric available in 230gsm and 309gsm. Half Panama is available in white and natural organic.
If you want a standard weight apron, 230gsm semi-panama cotton would be a good choice, if your design needs to be bright and vibrant, we recommend using a white fabric that has been pre-treated with pigment print for enhanced clarity and vibrancy.
If you're looking for a heavier apron, the 309 g/m² Half Panama Apron might be perfect, and it's available in white or natural.
We also regularly produce digitally printed aprons using 255gsm diamond cotton which has a unique diagonal deviation in the weave. Our twill fabric is 255gsm so it's slightly heavier than the standard 230gsm half panama. Cotton twill is available in white and natural organic.
If you want something a little different we can digitally print and fabricate many other fabrics for you including heavyweight 393gsm Hopsack or Bull Denim, Eco Canvas Polyester or Eco Austin Polyester/Linen.
What is your minimum order/MOQ for aprons?
Aprons have a minimum order of just 20.
Can I mix apron designs?
Of course you can, and you will pay a discounted price regardless of the quantity of the design. So, for example, if you order 50 aprons and you want 25 of 2 designs, or 10 of 5 designs, you will still pay 50% off the price.
Can the digital printing apron be washed?
Yes, we recommend washing at 30 degrees and can also be ironed on a medium heat setting.
