【FABRIC INTRODUCTION】

Poplin is a major variety of cotton cloth. Mainly used for shirts, summer clothes and daily clothing. Plain cotton fabric has the characteristics of compact structure, uniform cloth surface, clear weave, smooth and soft, and silk feeling. The surface of the fabric has obvious, well-proportioned, by the raised parts of the warp diamond particles.
Compared with fine cloth, poplin is closer in warp direction, and the ratio of warp and weft density is about 2:1. Poplin is made of uniform warp and weft yarns, woven into close-knit fabric, and then made by singeing, scouring, mercerizing, bleaching, printing, dyeing and finishing.
