Do you know some little knowledge about printing material technology?

Printing materials, environmentally friendly colors, color adjustment methods commonly used in digital inkjet printing, screen display method, what is used to adjust colors?

(1) The screen display method is to adjust the color of the image by adjusting the color displayed on the screen, usually by selecting or adjusting the color through the color menu on the screen. This method is very useful when matching colors or initially coloring, and is a coloring method commonly used by designers.

(2) However, because the color development principle of the fluorescent screen is different from the color development principle of the dye on the fabric (the fluorescent screen produces color through the mixing of three RGB electron beams, while the dye emits color by absorbing light waves of certain colors) ), all the colors that can be displayed on the screen cannot be reflected on the fabric through dyes, and the subtle differences between the colors reflected by the dyes cannot be clearly displayed on the screen. Therefore, this is a rough color adjustment method and cannot be used for accurate color adjustment.

Question: In the digital printing process of printing materials, how should we solve the problem of coarse surface particles or ink bleeding during the printing process?

(1) Occurrence factors. Caused by improper adjustment or damage to the inkjet nozzle.

(2) Treatment plan. Selection of printing accuracy. Usually worsted thin fabrics are mostly printed with high precision 720×720dpi. Printing accuracy is directly related to the printer resolution. Using 720dpi resolution for fabric printing, the accuracy is quite high. Generally, woolen fabrics can be printed with a precision of 360×360dpi. This can not only improve the printing speed, but also satisfy the printing accuracy.

What is the sizing operation process of the special effect sizing machine for printing materials?

(1) Introduce the prepared slurry into the slurry tank.

(2) Sew the fabric onto the selected guide fabric (some companies may not have a guide fabric), paying attention to the weft skew (the weft should be as parallel to the roller of the sizing machine as possible).

(3) Pass the fabric through the slurry tank, through the roller, and start slowly.

(4) Keep the fabric weft parallel to the roller as much as possible, and press both ends of the fabric into the transfer needle belts at both ends of the sizing machine.

(5) Adjust the speed and temperature according to the type and thickness of the fabric; try not to exceed 90°C in the drying temperature.

(5) There must be someone behind the sizing machine to receive the cloth. Check the dryness and wetness of the fabric and see if the color of the fabric changes. Rayon cloth will turn yellow if the temperature is high.

(7) When rolling, pay attention to pull the center of the fabric before loading it into the roller to prevent the center of the fabric from forming an arc when rolling. The fabric should be flat and the ends should be regular.

(8) If the rolled fabric is not used immediately, it needs to be stored in a plastic bag. Write down the fabric name, customer information, sizing time and other information.

What are the anti-felting finishing techniques?
The technical process of preventing or reducing the shrinkage and deformation of wool fabrics during washing and wearing and making the clothing dimensions stable is called anti-felting finishing. The felt shrinkage of wool fabrics is due to the fact that the scales of wool have greater extensibility and resilience in the wet state, resulting in felt-like shrinkage easily occurring after washing, rubbing, and squeezing. Therefore, the principle of anti-felting treatment is to use chemical methods to partially etch the scales, change their surface condition, or cover the surface with a layer of polymer and adhere the fiber interlacing points, thereby removing the basis for felting. Anti-felt shrinkage fabrics that can reach a certain level are called super washable wool fabrics.

ZHIMEI digital printing has many experienced workers who can perfectly handle the printing and dyeing process of fabrics, which is one of the main links in the final product.
