Care of silk fabrics
1) Before storage, clothes should be washed, ironed and dried again, which can play a role in sterilization and insecticide. It is best to fold and store separately, and wrap it with cloth to avoid extrusion;
2) Velvet garments such as gold velvet must be hung on a hanger for storage to prevent the wool from being crushed and causing the pile to fall;
3) Mothballs should not be placed on silk, otherwise white clothes will turn yellow;
4) If you are ironing silk garments, you can iron them with a white cloth lining the silk surface when it is 70% to 80% dry, but the temperature of the iron should not be higher than 130°C, otherwise the silk garments will be damaged or "brittle", which will affect the wearing life , Do not spray water when ironing, to avoid water stains and affect the appearance;
5) The color fastness of silk clothes is extremely poor. After being exposed to the sun, the color will fade and become white after washing, and white patches will appear. The treatment method: put the clothes in 3% ice vinegar solution (or white vinegar) and dye them evenly for 20 minutes. When dyeing, keep stirring the clothes with your hands.
