The difference between silk and brocade:
1. The degree of smoothness is different: satin silk is generally smooth, but real silk is not smooth. This is also the most intuitive difference between the two.
2. Different treatment methods: Silk is rich in 18 kinds of amino acids and proteins, which have a good nutritional effect on the human body. Correct washing and maintenance of silk clothes is very important, otherwise the wearing life of silk clothes will be affected.
Silk clothes are slightly acidic like human skin, so they should not be washed with alkaline detergent or soap. It is best to use a small amount of neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid or vegetable and fruit detergent), which is also a point that needs attention.
3. Different uses: Silk is a kind of silk. Silk fabrics are relatively thin and are generally used for pajamas or summer singles (advanced silk fabrics are also used for cheongsams), but they are easy to wrinkle. The satin fabric is thicker and is mostly used as the face of cotton-padded jackets or quilts in winter (it is rarely used now).
