The process flow is: select the appropriate semi-finished fabric (without softener) according to the ink type, carry out sizing, drying, winding and other processes, and then directly print on the digital device (the fabric is the same as the paper), and then dried, Steaming, washing, drying and soft shaping, etc.
Cold transfer printing: It is a printing method that first prints textile dyes on specially coated paper, and then transfers the pattern to the textile through a cold transfer machine. This method is suitable for all kinds of fabrics except blended fabrics. The inks used include reactive, dispersed, acidic and other dye inks. This method also requires embossing the semi-finished fabric with printed paper. There are two methods for processing embossed fabrics: one is to perform a cold-pile chemical reaction to fix the color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance); the other is to perform a cold-pile chemical reaction to fix the color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance); The first is to carry out traditional techniques such as steaming, washing and shaping.
Thermal transfer printing method: first use disperse dye ink to print the processed pattern on a specific paper, and after drying, cover the printed pattern on the fabric to be printed. Enter the thermal transfer printing machine, heat and pressurize the fabric to sublimate (vaporize) the dye ink on the transfer paper pattern, and transfer it to the fabric through the thermal transfer printing machine to complete the entire printing without fixing. The transfer cloth is made of semi-finished products and no softener is added, which may affect the coloring rate.
