Digital printing mainly includes direct printing and heat transfer printing.
Direct printing process fabrics are widely used, and can be applied to hemp, silk, hair, cotton, polyester, brocade, and Modal, but need to be used in slurry, steaming, and washing. In terms of speed, the fastest of direct spray textile printing machines is the Beijing porcelain sprinkler (about 40,000 people), followed by 1024 (more than 20,000 people) nozzle, which belongs to a high -speed noble head. Common medium -speed nozzles are: Ricoh G5, Seiko, Konica 1024i, etc.
Heat transfer printed accuracy, small investment, no need to deal with it before and after, but there are not many applicable fabrics, mainly used for chemical fiber fabrics. Generally uses Epson noble, which is very slow, suitable for printing samples. The choice of thermal transfer printing head: Printing machine has played a decisive role in printing accuracy, inkjet volume, printing speed, and production cost. It is the most important part of textile printing machine. At present, domestic textile printing machines are mainly: starlight, Beijing porcelain. Since the consumables need to be replaced every few years, the durability and replacement cost of the nozzle should also be considered.
As the basic material of digital printing, fabrics are of great significance for the effect of digital printing. It not only includes fiber materials for fabric weaving, but also the structure of the fabric. For example, in paperless digital printing processes, because the dyes used in prints are mostly hydrophobic dispersal dyes, and natural fiber textile fabrics are mostly hydrophilic, so it is difficult to digital printing directly during the printing process. With the support of the National "Fifteenth Fifteenth" 863 plan, non -toxic and degradable bridge agents have been developed to improve the disadvantages of cotton and real silk in this regard, but there are still certain disadvantages.
In addition to the fibrous materials made of fabrics, the structure of the fabric also has a greater impact on digital printing. For example, the longer the floating line of the fabric, the easier it is to enter the gap inside the fabric. In the process of printing, the digital printing effect of the fabric is improved.
