Cotton cloth is a cloth woven from cotton yarn. It is a general term for all kinds of cotton fabrics. It has the advantages of simple heat preservation, soft and close-fitting, hygroscopicity, and very good breathability; the disadvantage is that it is easy to shrink, easy to wrinkle, and the appearance is not very good. The dyeing treatment method of cotton fabrics includes the following steps.

1) Add a wetting agent and a reducing dye to deionized water, heat it to 40-60 degrees, stir it until it is uniform, and then cool it to 10-20 degrees to obtain a dye solution;

2) Soak the cotton cloth in a container for 10-30 minutes, singe it, desize it, and mercerize it to obtain a silk cotton cloth;

3) Put it into the dye solution configured with silk cloth for cyclic dyeing. The dyeing time is 20-60 minutes. During the dyeing, sodium hydroxide solution is added to the dye solution, and the dyed cotton cloth is obtained after the dyeing is completed;

4) Use steam wet heat setting technology to set the dyed cotton fabric;

5) Wash the cotton cloth after the setting treatment, wash both sides with water, and dry it to obtain the finished cotton cloth.
